Welcome to the site, and thanks for visiting.  You'll find information about me as well as my thoughts on the issues facing Region 9 (Joel Barlow High School, serving Redding and Easton).

As briefly as possible, my platform is:

• Test Scores - Address stagnant CAPT and SAT performance through improved teacher effectiveness and individualized attention.
• Athletic Fields - Barlow (and Redding) needs them!  Move forward on the Master Plan, consistent with fiscal responsibility, without needless delays or conflicts.
• Board Performance - Bring clarity and cohesiveness to a board that has been neither clear nor cohesive for too long.
• Remember Barlow's Guiding Principle: "Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire."
